Spain's Manhattan

We are going to Spain now.
Benidorm is Spain's Manhattan.
We are going to use our aquired knoledge of building in extremely dense urban situations, to explore the posibilities of intensely urban coastal developement.
First, a few considerations (see links below, and debate today)
Second, a question: How many Benidorms would it have taken to concentrate all the newly built up areas in coastal Spain?
Third, a project: Nuevo Cabo Palos.
